2021 Power of Propel Gala

On August 31, Propel Performing Arts Academy took the stage at the Power of Propel Gala by storm, and as the last note of the last song rang in the air, applause and cheers echoed through the museum halls. Their performance was not only memorable but incredibly moving and truly showcased the story of Propel in a way that our attendees and supporters will never forget. Thanks to corporate sponsors, attendees, and all Propel supporters, this year's gala was an incredible success and will provide ten Power of Propel Scholarships and necessary funding to enhance our Career Pathways program.

 

Propel Schools Powers Into Week Five of the 2021-2022 School Year

As we continue in-person learning for the 2021-2022 school year, our school buildings may look a little different as we do all that we can to ensure a safe and healthy environment for scholar learning. One thing that has not changed is our dedication to our shared mission, as we continue to inspire achievement! Take a peek into Propel Schools classrooms and catch scholars hard at work and kicking off the school year right:

Propel Braddock Hills scholars were busy practicing embroidery to keep their fine motor skills sharp and their minds focused.

This Propel Braddock Hills scholar enlightened Dr. Chekan on the plans for her conceptual art piece.

This Propel Pitcairn classroom's Lead Educator and Instruction Specialist engage scholars in an activity to strengthen reading readiness skills.

 

Trick or Trot 5K & Fun Run

Sunday, October 31 9AM at North Shore Riverfront Park

Ready...set...go! Mark your calendars for Propel's very first Trick or Trot race! Register your organization as a team and coordinate your costumes or simply register as an individual for a morning of health and wellness while DJ Maffei energizes us before the first race starts! Take some time to recover after your race by picking up a snack at an on-site food truck, visiting our sponsors' booths, and learning more about our beneficiary program, "Propel Partners in Wellness!"
